Once your contract has been executed completely and the full purchase price paid, your data will be deleted after expiration of all provisions of the relevant tax and commerce laws, unless you have explicitly provided consent for its further use.

In addition, if we offer advance performance, with your consent, we may transfer your data to information services/credit agencies for a credit and creditworthiness check, to obtain information about your previous payment history based on mathematical and statistical procedures for address data, to protect our legitimate interests.

Pursuant to Germany’s Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to receive information about the data we have saved for you at no change, as well as the right to rectification, blocking, or deletion of this data where relevant.

Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 7(3) GDPR, you have the right to revoke consent for the use of your personal data. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, you have the right at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to prevent the processing of personal data relating to you, which pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or lit. f takes an objection.

Duration of processing

Unless stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy, we will delete personal information as soon as it is no longer necessary to store it to fulfill its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements. Whether the storage of personal data is required, we check every three years.
